Buffalo Egg Appetizer

Spicy eggs that really have the devil in them!

Recipe: Buffalo Egg Appetizer

Summary: Any easy alternative to typical deviled eggs without the dreaded sweet pickle.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard cooked eggs with shells removed
  • 2 tbs. butter at room temperature
  • 3 tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbs. Frank’s Red Hot Original

Instructions

  1. Halve the eggs length wise. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl.
  2. Arrange the egg white halves on a plate or deviled egg tray
  3. Mash up the butter, mayonnaise, onion powder and Frank’s with the egg yolks.
  4. Evenly fill the whites with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate. The butter will harden up and give these eggs a firm creamy feel. Garnish with paprika for the classic deveiled egg look.
